A female teacher in Ohio who allegedly hosted a party and showed porn is now being charged with sexual battery.

Police in Huber Heights, Ohio, said an after-school visit to the teacher's house turned into a sex-ed lesson that went way too far.

Now Celeste Emerick, a high school teacher, is behind bars, accused of showing her students pornographic material.

After getting a tip about Emerick, police ended up coming out to her apartment, and taking her downtown to jail.

Police said at least two students claim Emerick invited them to her apartment, and provided materials to them such as pornographic movies, pictures and books.

The county prosecutor's office has approved one count of sexual battery against Emerick -- a felony in Ohio.

The Wayne High School teacher won't be held in jail because her case will go straight to a grand jury.

But it's already taken over as talk of the town in Huber Heights.

"If in fact she's guilty, then she should never be allowed to teach again," said one woman.

"I think we should send her right to jail. We don't want this kind of woman teaching children," said another woman.

Huber Heights Superintendent Richard Burke issued a statement:

"The school district is very concerned and is looking into the matter. In addition, the school district will be fully cooperative with the police investigation."
