Ace Young, an "American Idol" favorite, stopped by NBC 30 Monday.Young was an "idol contestant" in season 5. Now, he’s coming out with his self-titled debut album.Since being a finalist on season five of "American Idol," Young has traveled the country performing.
In June, PAZZO Music will release the album through Fontana/Universal, according to Young’s Web site. It is a rock, R&B and funk collaboration.He was at NBC 30 Monday afternoon to talk about it."I wanted the music to be true to me ... what I stand for musically," he said.Young was nominated for a Grammy last year for co-writing the song "It's Not Over" with fellow "Idol" contestant Chris Daughtry.
