Man Dies In Parking Lot Dance Faceoff

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. -- A New Britain man was killed trying to outdance someone else in a practice called battle dancing Monday night. Police said they've seen people doing it but never knew the term battle dancing before this incident.Robert Stitt, 48, was trying to match dance moves with another when police said he tried to do a front flip and landed on his head.He went into cardiac arrest and could not be revived.
Police are calling it an untimely death. The medical examiner will determine the exact cause, but it's not being called suspicious.For the latest news, stay tuned to NBC 30 Connecticut News and NBC30.com
